For those of you who may owe me a favour out there ;)

Would you measure your horse's head?

I need 4 measurements - Nose, Brow, Cheeks and Over the Top

1) Nose = Round the nose
2) Brow = Round the brow
3) Cheek = Eye to mouth
4) Over the Top = From eye to eye (over the poll)

This is to help me understand what some horse's head size are nowadays.

As many as possible would be great :). Size and breed info would be great too.

am off on holiday tomorrow so will get them for you when i get back if you will still need them in a weeks time

I'll give it a bash, but Kal is a bit of an oddity - despite being 16.3hh(ish) with plenty of bone, he takes a cob bridle because his head is rather small - by which I mean not just short but narrow/fine.

Not going back up to yard today, but will try and remember to do this for you tomorrow.

I'll try to find a tape measure. Corner of the eye or middle? And how far down the nose? Four inches below the cheekbone, where a noseband goes?
