What should I expect to pay for a well bred KWPN or Hanoverian foal or yearling? I have been doing my research and prices seem to vary! The higher prices seem a little high seeing as a foal or yearling will have had little to no work put into them?

Thanks

Upwards of £5000 for a good one.
If they have done well at BEF futurity around £10,000 or more depending on bloodlines?

For a not very well bred one/ less quality upwards of £2000 ish.

We have bought two over the years. First cost about £2000 went on to do aff. dressage up to med level getting to champs every year also jumped really well. Sold earlier this year at age of 10 years. Second cost about the same and is 4 now and just started aff dressage with good scores. Both bought as yearlings

A friend of mine bought an Oldenburg filly, grand daughter of Samber, for £1000 !
We went to see her at 10 months old, my friend bought her on my advice and the filly has grown into a stunning young mare. She was out of a Grade B SJ mare.
