I just spotted the grey pony in the tree!
It's great looking at all your pics, we are only on tarmac atm really (day 22) so not quite as interesting yet!
She is well hidden and not quite grey,but well spotted,ester!

Thanks. She is fab. Rising 2 and will trot and canter down steep stony tracks,jumping(slightly clumsily
)any boulders that are in her path. I am going to be very interested to see what she is like on her feet when she is old enough to carry a rider!

This is the best part of the lane
Its half a mile long and I have no other way to get out onto the road. Arnie has been barefoot since november and although he has been doing really well (his whole movement has changed for the better), we still havent cracked the lane with me on board.
He had a bad accident a few weeks ago and had several courses of antibiotics and I think thats knocked the feet back a bit although he can now manage the lane fine in hand. I'm hoping that he will end up fine although living in the wet west of Scotland makes it a bit tricky.
