What Time to Leave

...for Badminton tomorrow? It will take 3.5 hrs from Kent to Badminton (Well travel site on internet says 3 hrs but I don't believe that!!). So if we leave at 6am to get there for 9:30 will that be OK? If we got there any later d'you think we would run into huge queues? I don't want to get there too late but I do have the challenge of having to get OH out of bed!!!!

You will DEFFO hit some queues any time before about 1pm

9.30am will prob be one of the worst times to arrive IMHO!

OH is gonna go balistic!! Might have to leave him behind!

I would go an hour later, to arrive at 10.30am and pray others have decided on an early start

I am aiming to get there about 12, just to give you an idea!

OK! It's a bit hit and miss really isn't it...Either that or I grab OH now (he'll have to leave the dinner he is eating behind) and get going prompto!!

It really is - just make sure you have a wee stop before you hit the queues, bursting for a wee and being stuck on a very tight lane is a nightmare

we are getting there for 11 ish you will hit queues then but think it will be worse at 11! not sure though we get there at 10 last year and got in pretty quickly!

Oh I am a nightmare - I always get out and find myself a good spot to relieve my bladder!!!

I have little shame. Much to OH's dismay who hides his face....

I am just not very patient esp when there are so many great shops to wander around and so much fab eventing to see. I am like a child in a sweet shop....

We're leaving about 5am from Essex .........the idea is get OFF the M4 by 8.30am or be prepared to sit on it until after lunchtime apparently......
