What to do After Ringworm

I am just sorting through the final details before buying myself a new horse. She's the most super 5 year old off track racehorse with SUCH a willing attitude- however, on her left shoulder she has about 6 little bald patches of skin. Since being at the yard they haven't change (12 weeks) and have had the vet checking over them and saying that they are nothing that he is concerned about. After getting in touch with her recent owners we have discovered they are old ringworm scars, and that he had applied cornucrescine to one which had enabled the hair to grow back. However, does anyone know if there is any creams that I could put on it to allow the hair to grow back, or if I need to take extra care in the sun to avoid any cancer etc? Have tried looking online however they are all on what to do when a horse has ringworm, as opposed to after it. Any advice is welcome please as if I sell her in a couple of months I would not want it to be something that is a massive issue.

Thanks :)

Deleted, realised you had a vet involved.

My Ex racer looks like an Appy with all her Ring worm spots, those not in the know, comment on how they love her spots :)
