What to do bout his sore hip?

My boy got double-barrelled on his hip by another horse about six weeks ago, but he seemed to be fine. A few weeks later he started resisting turning left (he was kicked on near side). I got the back man out and he was sore in one part of his back but he was also sore in that hip. The back is sorted but he is still dropping his hip. I have not got much money at the moment and I don't really know what I should do. Do you think I should a] give it a few more weeks and see if it gets better, b] get a physio out to have a look, or c] get the vet out?
