Our dog is stinking us out

Hes a 8 mth old Lurcher who is very faddy and I know its frowned upon but he eats mainly tinned meat. We have recently found he quite likes Skinners Ruff and Ready so Im aiming to change him over to mainly that but Im sure this is whats making him stink.
Anything I can give him or is it just the joys of having a dog

It's what you are feeding him. Tinned meat is renowned for making stinky wind and poos.

I feed mine dried dog food and he stinks too! Mine is 8 months old, but I will be moving him over to Junior food (rather than puppy) after this bag of food, as I reckon it is just too rich for him.

Feed raw = no stinky farts, no stinky breath, hardly any doggy smell.

My dog loves raw.

Basically - the thing that makes your dog smell is his food - so change it

Have you tried Naturediet or Natures Harvest? Or feed raw - which is what I do.

and its soo much better for them but doesnt suit all dogs

I agree it is what you are feeding, if you didn't want to feed raw then James wellbeloved is very good. Also Charcoal Cob biscuits are good.
