What To Offer..??

I have my own yard which i would like to have liverys my facilities are:
- 8 brick stables
- 16 acres of paddocks
- foaling box
- 60x20 charles britton sand school
- clayden 5 horse walker with covered top
- tack room
- feed room
- hay barn
.. etc

what would you offer livery wise and price and what would it include so i could get a rough idea what i might be takeing on.?

So what kind of livery do you want to offer? And how many horses do you want to bring in? Do you have horses of your own?

Well I live in Surrey and it is pretty expensive. But it depends what livery you want? DIY so you dont have to be there all the time? Or DIY assisted? Part/full livery?

It sounds like you have some good facilities. We pay £180 a month at my yard. Have to buy food and bedding on top of that. But ours is v. expensive for some reason- I wouldn't charge that!

Blimey that is expensive, I charge £80.00 a week, inc shavings, feed, hay, mucking out, turn out etc etc etc!
