Can anyone please advise what you should put in a sales receipt when you are paying for a horse following having it on loan?

I presume you had it on loan with a view to buying?
Well just a normal receipt, "Received from (The buyers full details) the sum of £...... in full payment for Horse Full Description showing any Freezemark/Chip details, The sellers full details & both sign & date the receipt. If you are receiving any tack I suppose you could include that on it aswell. Just the same as any other receipt.
