I am looking at buying a new jacket, and I am not sure what to wear. Could any one offer some advise or a website.

I want to do a bit of dressage and show jumping over the winter, then showing and working hunter over the summer. Should I get show jacket or hacking jacket, and stock or tie?

Thanks

I would get a hacking jacket if you are wanting to do working hunters. It is ok to wear a tie for everything but I have a green stock to go with my green hacking jacket and then wear a tie for showing/working hunters.

I would always try jackets on before buying but you could lookat jackets on the Ride Away or Robinson's websites.

Tweed jacket will cover you for all disciples at the beginning. Wear a tie for showing and workers and a stock for the others (if you can tie it correctly). A shirt and tie looks so much smarter than a badly tied stock.
