What to wear

I am planning to take my horse to his first proper show on the 20th June and i dont really know what to wear i have a grey twead jacket and white jods but your not supposed to wear to show are you?
Horsey is a chestnut so i thought i could try and get some green in there somewhere, maybe with the tie? will a black hat be ok because that all i have?

any suggestions appreciated

Depending on the class I usually wear-
Hacking jacket
Cream jods (dont wear white jods with a tweed jacket)
Plain shirt
Coloured tie

Black hat is fine

and horse wears plain tack and with discreate brown numnah underneath
