What type can do RC Horse/Pony?

Yes, those classes are generally looking for an alrounder that can turn its hoof to most things, w,t,c and open up a bit down the long side, often with a low jump to do at the end (or beginning if the rider chooses) of the individual show. The only restriction might be that organisation's height restriction, if there is one.

There is no 'type' for a RC horse/pony class.

They are normally judged on the animals versatility, as in does it move well enough to do a tidy dressage test, can it jump reliably, and basically be safe to do all types of RC activities. So whether a tb or a cob should not matter.

A horse that is nice to look at is a bonus, but should be judged more on temperament and way of going imo.
