Im pretty new to buying horsey stuff as I only part loan but looking to treat the big guy to a few things seeing as its the festive season! Looking at rugs, reflective gear and anything else I come across :)

Just wondering if there are any decent websites that are well known in the horsey world.. cheaper the better as long as its decent stuff of course..
Where do you shop online??

derby house, amazon, ebay! or just google what I want and find the places with the best price! normally avoid robinsons and ride away as they tend to be more expensive!

I'm not sure if we're allowed to post about it (they are really funny about advertising!!) but I use a local site that has a second-hand swap shop. Their customer service has been amazing (I was in there swapping a rug today that my horse has worn for the night and pooed all over, and they still took it back, bless em!!) and they post stuff and do mail order. They are mega cheap and luckily 5 mins drive from my work... Lunch hour = dangerous! I bought everything for my new horse from there apart from the saddle which was eBay. Ill PM you the name of the website :) x

oh stuff it, if other people are posting, haha!!

www.hossequine.co.uk - send them an email and tell them what you're after (thats what I usually do) or they have a page which is updated daily with the secondhand stuff. Their cheap stuff is pretty reasonable too.

I am not affiliated with them in any way... Other than the fact that I have been absolute murder harassing them at least twice a week with buying everything I need for the pony, changing my mind, bringing it back, deciding I dont like things, 'borrowing' girths until the one I ordered online had come etc etc so I owe them more than a little bit! Also, the more things people swap then the more secondhand stuff I have a choice of (I am too poor and too tight to buy new stuff if I can possibly avoid it!)

I have had some absolute bargains on ebay new and old items! Sometimes they have been 1/3 of price in my local tack shop from saddle cloths to boots to rugs.

Thank you! Just wanted to check I wasnt missing any brill websites :)
I'll check out the couple that have been mentioned. I like the idea of the 2nd hand list! Cant beat a good bargain
