what weight is my rug?

I have a Saxon combo rug that is about 3 years old. I would like it to be a heavyweight, but I don't seem to have the original label anymore and the rug doesn't tell me. Does tell me 1200D though. Is there any way I can find out? Pony already has a m/w on so no point in swapping if it's the same! Thanks

Difficult to say, but over time, the filling flattens and becomes less heavy so if it was a heavyweight (and throw them both up on the horse to see the difference in weight) it may no longer be, IYSWIM. Why not send a pic to Saxon and ask if they did that design in a particular weight? Some aren't very heavy even if they're supposed to be. One of mine is 300g and definitely more like a medium than a heavyweight.

1200d is very strong outer material which would suggest to me a heavyweight.
