Brig has been on Wainwright's trays for ages. His poo has become very dry, like crumbs, I think they've changed the formula. He drinks very little, this is normal for him. I'm thinking of getting him something wetter to increase his liquid intake. He had the grain free which is less solid, but is there anything better?

It's rated 4.8/5 on allaboutdogfood, so seems like a good bet, but I would like to spoil him (without making him fat!) in his old age.

Millies do a wet food now, I really rate their kibble. My Mum feeds Lilys' kitchen and says that is very good, but I think WGSD recvently posted something negative about it.

Forthglade grain free and Nature's menu country hunter are my go to's for wet food. Also Butchers tripe -not the very best but grain free and mine loves it as a now and again.

Don't Forthglades make Wainwrights? I added some water to his bowl of food last night, which disappeared along with the food. I had a couple of Natures Menu trays that looked nice, I might try more. I'm afraid Waitrose is not on the doorstep, but I think a trip for dog food is a fab excuse for a little mosey round!

What if you just added your own water to some of his regular food, to make a sort of gravy to be mixed in with the rest of it?

I did this with the whippets food, when he had an upset tum, but like yours, doesn't really drink much

Other than that, Lilys Kitchen, which I get from Zooplus as the best price
