What wind speed is too high to take the lorry out in?

Ok supposed to be going to Somerford Park tomorrow and the wind is supposed to be around 25-28mph tomorrow. Is tht too much to take the lorry out in? sis is worried about the high winds ............

I have been out in those sort of winds and as long as you drive carefully and be concious of exposed stretches of road you should be fine. The weekend of our trailblazers 2nd round there were 40mph winds which would normally put but off but we went and just took it slowly. (was worth it after all as we qualified!)

Good luck! I'm a bit wussy and hate driving when it's v. windy, lorry will be a bit better than a trailer though.

i would go out in that, and be very aware of the possibility of strong sidewinds after cuttings, after overtaking lorries, etc etc.
i get worried about going out in anything over about 35mph, but have driven horsebox in worse, just a bit slower than usual.
