Ours are due so we are using panacur (think i spelled that correctly ) for this round at £35 and something pence and equimax for the next time.
Which wormer do you use and how much does it cost you?

I wouldn't ever use Panacur now - there is resistance to benzimidazole, it's active ingredient, all over the UK. You would be much better to follow a programme of worm egg counting, and only worm according to what the horse actually has. You would have to either test seperately for tapeworm (which is not cheap) or use either a double dose of pyrantel or praziquantel once or twice per year.
I dose mine with a double dose of Exodus (the cheapest brand containing pyrantel that I can find) in the autumn and worm egg count the rest of the year.
