Following conversation with a friend who looks like she has got to sell her horse I got to thinking how i would describe my horse to a buyer/advert
"Genuinely nice person and allrounder 16.3 chunky TB gelding 10 years old. Calm, sensbile, none TB personality. Great to hack alone or in company, fine with all traffic. Is regularly placed SJ and hunter trials/XC, not a world beater but safe sensible horse to have fun with and come home with a rosette. Has also competed and been placed dressage. Good to shoe, box, catch and clip. Done all riding club activities, local shows and pleasure rides."
BUT
Needs huge amounts of grass/hay and hard feed to keep his weight right, would keep a small country going. Typical TB feet. Cant hunt as sends him over the edge. Confirmation leaves a lot to be desired but doesnt cause any problems in health or performance
How would you describe your horse(s)?
