What would be a fair refund?

Bought saddle that is not as described and has some rather bad cosmetic marks on it, also a size smaller than I was told. I am wanting to keep the saddle though and they have offered a part refund, but asked me what I thought was fair.

It is just a cheap saddle at £70 with £15 p&p, but have been advised that is only worth around £30 in its current state.

So how much would u say is fair? There are pics of it in the Stable Yard board.

i would say you get £40 refund if that is all it is worth in this state!

Personally I would want to send the saddle back and get all my money back. But if people are saying it's only worth £30 in its current state maybe half of it? Very lucky the person is offerin gyou money back.
