needless to say we didnt make it over!

hes been champion in show, does quite well in showing but only classes like best condition, best turned out and ridden pony but hes never come anywhere with breed classes.

and he drives, which he loves.

so what do i do? hes not done much over the last few years. been ridden on and off, done some driving and some xc.

i love jumping espically xc but he hasnt got the staminer even when he is in full work.

i do like showing him, but my only local show is very bias and really dont like me, so i cant see the point in paying £7 a class to come last for some stupid reason.

i like driving but ill get a fat bum! he he
i really want to concerntrate on something with him and really get somewhere, the trouble with riding and driving espically as hes getting older after he has been driven hes extreamly flat to ride and it takes a good week to get him round again.

aww thanks! he is great just waiting for my daughter to get big enough so she can ride him! take him off my hands!! shes only 19 months and all ready wants to ride at every oppertunity

Yup, BHS trec sounds like a plan..have a look on the BHS website for details and venues (although it is quite thinly spread)

By what would you do, do you mean what should YOU do, or are you thinking somebody else might want to do something with your fab little horse - they all need to be kept busy so maybe you could find a sharer who wants to do more hacking to keep him busy or even recruit a friend so you can do more driving if you enjoy it

I'm going to try and do it with him (hoping i wont get bored of him) i know thats so mean but hes just too nice never puts a foot wrong!

mum my has got fussy over the years about loaners.

Join a driving club and go on jaunts. There's a couple in Sevenoaks - is that too far away for you?

Trailblazers SJ? Starts at about 2ft 6".

Riding Club team comps - sure he'd be a sought after member of any team

He looks and sounds wonderful, and many people would give their eye teeth to have a chap like him.....think he's too small for me?!!!!

not too far, transpost is hard enough to find round here though it would be even tougher with a horse and cart! thats the only problem.

never heard of that!

really? i thought they had to be speedy little ponys that could turn on a six pence!
