, Excellent hacking and can use the field to school in the summer and would possibly be a school to hire locally if they did want to. Storage for trailer/lorry

Full/Retirement would include all care 7 days a week feed, hay and bedding.

Part 3 - 5 days a week full care depending on what person was wanting? Would probably include hay and bedding in price.

DIY - As states but would obvisouly be willing to care for horse/pony when needed to by owner.

I have the beach 15 mins ride away, brilliant hacking, a sand school available to rent next door.

I pay £8 a week per horse for grass, and a £1 a week for my stable.
I also have a shelter in my field!
Im in Cornwall.

Leicestershire, Market harborough?

I am only asking really because i dont want to overprice the one stable available so no one would be interested i want to be fair with the price but i can't take peanuts as our rent is a fair amount and we have to pay electric on top of that. Its nicer than the other yards down the road Imo but the others do have schools all be it not wonderful but one has a mad Yo and totally over priced the other 1 of the 3 is ok but i wouldn't choose to stable my horses there same as the other one really as the grazing is'nt wonderful or particually well kept as to were mine is well kept and as weed free as possible you also dont have the change of new liverys every week and other horses upsetting yours being a yard with only four stables 2 of them being mine and the other being my friends.

I pay £100 per calender month, for an amazing stable, that I can fit two in, beautifully matted, all mod cons, beautiful tack room, with kitchen area, tea and coffee. 24/7 turn out if required, brand new outdoor arena, parking the trailer, all in the middle of Dartmoor, with the most amazing hacking. Also £40 per calender month for my yearling out 24/7 with a variety of stables and sheds that all the little pony herd can go in and out of at will. I do pay extra for hay, which is off their own feilds at £2 per bale, and in the winter £5 for the older pony and less for the baby, for unlimited Haylage, and I'm the only one there!!!!!, apart from the owner of course.

A couple of pics of my stable

I am going to be paying £25.00 pounds a week for DIY although it includes all facilities and bedding. And the facilities are great!

What would people think to paying these bearing in mind that our overall yard rent is quite high and doesn't include electric in the price we pay.

Diy - £100
Part - £200
Full - £250
Retirement which we would probably include shoeing depending on what the horses requirements was of around the £280 mark?
