What would you do?

Ok, so I know this is really silly but.. I have a pony club rally tonight and we normally get given specific times that we have to be ready to ride for. These are normally posted on the website, however there are no times on the webiste, and also nothing to say that it's been cancelled. So I feel I should ring someone but I'm a bit of a wuss and i'm not certain about who to ring. If it was you would you ring the district commissioner who we send rally slips to, or the secretary who we had to call once for times before the website was running properly.
I know it's so pathetic but i'm worried they'll be at work or i'll be disturbing them but it just seems so odd that i've heard nothing.

Done (I needed that kick up the bum Linz75.) Although now I feel like any idiot because she was on her week off and aparantly we don't get times on these rallies. Woops, I didn't know
