I am looking for a sharer for our Section B. I am writing a completely open ad - great at dressage, fantastic hacker, can jump but not happy very big and not keen on fillers etc. The thing is he has had a tendon injury and while he is now trotting and cantering totally sound and with no issues, I have not been brave enough yet to let him jump. He has been back in work a couple of months.

Should I say in the advert that he isn't jumping at the moment due to previous injury, but i am hopeful that he will be able to soon, or do i just mention it if anyone calls. Aternatively i guess we could try him over a few jumps and see if he does stand up to it then advertise him. I wouldn't let him go to someone who wanted to do a lot of jumping in any event because of his injury.

The vet said when he started to come back into work that there is no reason why he shouldn't return to full work over a period of time, so there's no reason he shouldn't be able to. It is just that after ten months of being off work and coming back very slowly, i don't want him to break again, so I am feeling very cautious (too cautious?). We are only looking for a sharer 3-4 days per week.

Thoughts? I do want to be totally honest, but i don't want to put any really lovely sharers off even calling.
