For a 9 year old, 16 hand gelding, with a good record 90/ 100, decent dressage if a little inconsistent, never faulted xc in 3 limited seasons but can have a pole or two sj , has been ridden by a young girl who would not have put in as much work as some might so both dr and sj could improve, he has plenty of ability to either remain at this level to try for GR or go on to novice, possibly further.
I am not selling just interested in what people would expect to pay.

Depends! If safe and sensible, nicely put together, totally sound, no vices or quirks, hacks out well alone and in company, good in traffic, nice to take out to rallies, camp, hunting and usually top 10 BE, then up to £10k in South East. But depends how limited the three seasons are - if it looks like might be limited by lack of soundness then a lot less.

I think it would depend on a lot of other things - people don't buy a horse at that level just to event them. Does he hack, load, travel well? Can he show, do rc level dr & SJ? What's he like on the ground?

His outings are limited due to other commitments, placed regularly in top 6 , easy to deal with generally, is in a real PC type home where mum looks after it, has done pc, hacks etc, is not for a novice but would be too talented anyway and is very attractive with lovely paces, best BE dr was 26, rarely has time faults but is not strong going in a snaffle in all phases.
