I bought Chancer home at nearly 15 months and he is a gypsy cob.

From end October to end April he has to be in 3 days a week and the grazing in the winter paddock isn't great.

He did very well on alfa a lite, black sunflower seeds, high fibre cubes, a little speedibeet, few carrots and equimins youngstock supplement. He also had ad lib hay.

Came out of winter in excellent condition according to my vet and had a lovely glossy coat and grew well.

This year he is on Simple Systems green gold and lucie stalks plus their Total Eclipse supplement, black sunflower seeds, carrots and a little extra linseed for a show coat. The grass is still not that bad, so he is not yet having speedibeet. He still has as much hay as he wants and is in great shape - no excess weight - I hate fat youngstock.
