Whats included, i.e bedding, hard feed, hay/hayledge. What is the grazing like, is it all year grazing or restricted in winter. The amount of liveries on the yard, does the yard hold competitions/are competitions close by etc.
Does the yard offer DIY, Part livery and Full livery? (Incase you are ill or on holiday) etc

I wouldn't expect to see ALL of this information on an advert for a livery yard but covers most of the bases.
