What would you pay for... (Spanish)

An Andalusian mare, is registered but "accepted" rather than officially recognised as pure (I dont really understand this bit...?). 7 yrs old. Done nothing more than hacking in Spain (and then here). Has barely been worked at all for a year. Seems like a nice looking sort and been told she's very nice natured and easy in all ways (not mare-ish etc.).

I know Iberians are still quite novel here and thus command high prices but this one hasn't done anything really for her age.

I have a price in mind, but what would you all suggest?

Well on the basis what has just been paid for the Lippizanner (I know dif breed but still Iberian) younger and done alot more I personnaly would be paying £2000 max. But then I don't really go for 'novelty' breeds as such (apart from the L!)

With no papers she is *just a horse*, no offspring of hers would ever be able to be called PRE so she has little breeding value. If she is a phenomenally good hack, is well comformed, safe, great to handled and all the rest, then poss £3k - £4k, but without seeing her it is impossible to tell, sorry!

Sorry - what they say re: her breeding is that her passport papers are registered and approved by the Andalusian Horse Society. So not sure where that leaves her?!

Still will never have a foal that can be classed as PRE, for that she would need to be registered in Spain with the Spanish stud book.

Aah right ok. TBH Im not very bothered as would never intend to breed from her anyway.

If she was in Spain I wouldn't pay more than 2000€ tops and I'd start a lot lower. With no papers she is really just a Spanish horse.
