Not looking to sell anytime soon but was just wondering how much my little yards could be worth!
Looking round at the weekend - its quite scary how much we have spent on our field that was viewed in the snow many years ago... but just wondering if it will pay us back in the long run.
We are in Hertfordshire (near Potters Bar) and about 10min drive from the M25.
Yard 1
6 12x12 Stables, small hay barn, 20x40 menage, 7 acres, water, electric
Yard 2 (next door)
2 12x12 Stables, small open fronted hay barn, tack room, water, electric 3 & 1/2 acres
Would you sell as a whole or both yards seperately? Any ideas on a rough estimation price?
