What would you pay for......

DIY livery, large stable, lots of well maintained grazing 365 days a year. Secure tack and feed rooms. Sand school and jumping field. Vet, farrier, worming and poo picking all organised. Good hacking and transport to shows available. DIY but help as and when you need it for an additional fee, including on short notice.

What would you expect to pay in your part of the country?

£25 pw is about the going rate round here (NE) for similar DIY, more if haylege/bedding included etc.

if you are paying for hard feed then i would say £40,if feed etc included more like £48,very good service for diy
