I'm viewing a horse soon but think he is a bit over priced. If I like him I will make an offer but of how much?? Based on this what do you all think?

15.2hh 10yr old coloured gelding
100% in all ways
Hacks alone and in company
Very good to do will live in or out
schooling well although he has been out of work for year and a half been back in full time work since April.
can jump
Has no competition record and has never been shown.

I want him for RC and dressage hopefully!!!
 
The owner was really ill with cancer. He wasnt completely out of work ahe was hacked out by a friend at weekends.
 
Friend of mine has a 8 yr old 15hh coloured cob that hunts with a big hedge jumping pack, jumps 4', hacks on a long rein and has done xc/sj competitions. Asking £2,600 - if that gives you an idea?

Goad, cheap as chips! Down here you would pay £5000 for that! Everyone wants a safe cob that does everything. Took my friend months to find a good Bodey type!
 
we jast sold a TB that had not been in work for some time, good to do in every way. He went for £1,000 to a good home that wanted a project.

One of our other horses 12yo mare 15.2 has hunted and done everthing else is going for £4,500
