What would you pay for a stable, in a vilage, and a walk to a feild of a couple of acres? DIY, but with help turning out, or feeding possible. tack room, and feed store, hay provided, and mains water and electricity.

All feedback helpful!

If hays provided then about £150 a month. But you wouldn't use the hay in the summer so I don't know how that works.
Is the field a bit of a walk and separate from the yard as that would lower the price a bit, and does it have a sand school?

Nope, nothing more than mentioned :) No school, or anything. Good access to hacking. Nothing fancy, and not exactly "Staff" either. Would just be willing to turn out or feed.

If for a pony I reckon up to £100 a month for a horse maybe up to £150

A lot depends on area and the distance between field and stable

I know a yard with a similar set up. 6 stables on a yard with similar facilities, plus a small, unmaintained sand school. Paddocks are a 5 minute walk away through a quiet village, but there's probably about 10 acres.
Hay is not included in the price but the grazing is good and unrestricted. For this liveries pay £15p/w in an area where larger yards with excellent facilities pay £25 for DIY (without hay)
