Ok so someone I know has decided to sell her horse and I am quite shocked at how much she has put her up for. Won't say whether I think it's low or high but if I give you some info could you please tell me what you think said horse might be worth?
15.2hh Liver Chestnut mare. TB x Connemara. 11 years old.
Fantastic paces, not mareish in the slightest, very quiet and easy to handle in all ways.
Well schooled on the flat, forward going yet safe, never bucked or anything. On the odd occasion the owner has taken her to do a dressage test she has scored 70%+ in prelims. Very eager jumper, has never refused or run out but owner isn't very confident so hasn't done much jumping. Has been jumped by someone else 3'3+ and the mare loves it! Scope to go further.
Hacks alone or in company. Not really a spooky type. Can be left for weeks on end and then ridden and she is exactly the same.
Her only fault is that she can occasionally be difficult to catch but this generally is only when she hasn't been brought in for ages!
So, price?
