say would be a fair price for a 15.2 chestnut gelding 12 yo done nothing all summer a bit poor in condition has been used for a bit of everything is a bit stiff on one back leg (would get him vetted). I only want him for hacking schooling fun rides and maybe a bit of low level dressage.

Saw him last night at friends yard were he is being kept to be sold for owners thay want 3,750 but would take 3,500 wich l think is way off he is a nice chap and if l am intrested l can try him on friday.

The stiffness is the only thing i can see being a big drop in his price, as he's the perfect age for anyone. but with stiffness £3500 is way too much.
But its entirely up to you.
Good luck!

Friend has bought a 15.2h gelding shire/cob x type. Done nothing since May this year, quite good in the school tho very lazy, very overweight , excellent on roads, not done much jumping. She has paid £3000! must be mad, £2000 max I'd say
