What's a reasonable grass livery charge?

We think we've found someone to keep their horse on our land with my 2 horses but I don't know what would be a reasonable amount to charge.

Any ideas?
Suggestions welcome.

I charge £15 a week for grass only. they can use the school but no stable.

yard is a bit of an overstatement.
It's currently just a field with two old shelters, by the spring it will be a field with hardstanding, some stables, a tack room, hay store and a wash box.

Personally I would cahreg £15 per week per horse just for the grass livery.

I did have 2 grass liveries which I checked twice a day, poo picked and gave hay when needed and charged £25 per week per horse.

I paid £22.50 a wk grass.Nothing was included in that.

i've paid £10-15 in the past for grass livery - no school, just a storeroom and a field. currently i pay £35 a week but that includes, field, use of school, storerooms, all poo-picking done, daily checks, rug changes etc.
