What's it called?

Just been watching the dressage on H&C TV, and a girl was riding in a pelham type bit. on the bottom was a rein that only went a quarter the way up the top rein, like a pelham rounding, but a strap. What are they called and where can i get a pair from??
It looked really smart, and nicer than a pelham rounding.
