Whats that cream called?

Thats it!! You stars!!

Horlicks has had this scar across her nose for ages (easily over a year, if not longer) and it needs something to help the hair grow back. I have seen this stuff advertised, and heard good vibes about it, so was thinking about getting some, to put on her nose (one of the girls at the yard, said they would do it for me, when I can't)

Any one hear used it?

Vitamin E is good for scars, buy the capsules for humans but instead of feeding them to your horse prick a capsule daily with a pin and squeeze the oil onto scar and rub in.

I'm a big fan of Camrosa, and stick it on everything, however not sure if it will do much for hair growth a year after a scrape. I'm sure you're aware but only available on-line/mail order. Vitamin E sounds like a good shout - you can get the oil in bottles from chemists too....

Lots of people love Camrosa but a fair few have reported rather horrid side effects. Please do a strip test before apying liberally.

Vitamin E capsules work and are massively cheaper.

Cornuscrescine also works for hair regrowth but whatever you use is going to be mucky on her face!

ETS go to Holland & Barrett or Health shops online for Vitamin E caps. Much cheaper.

Camrosa comes with mixed views I think. I have used it to no effect at all, my friend thinks it works for her horses mud fever and I have heard of others having really bad reactions to it.

It is expensive so it may be worth begging/borrowing some and doing a patch test before you buy. It's actually for sale in my local tack shop so I'm sure you can get it other than from the Camrosa site - if you do ring them be prepared to go into your horses history and what you want it for, it's not just a case of ordering it with no questions asked!!
