joint supplement to use. As there's so many on the market. I think my older horse, who will be 13 and just feel that he now needs help with general wear and tear, plus don't want to break bank account.

instant linseed from simple systems. Bloss gets around 1.5 teacups full a day in her feed. Gives them a fab coat aswell.

I had her on cortaflex for ages, never noticed any difference, swapped her onto this and she was a different horse, shes not stiff anymore and shes so much more athletic and supple behind (she has mild arthritis in both hocks).

I get it in 15kg sacks (or they might be 20kg!) from Simple Systems - google them - they deliver to your house. One sack lasts me around 3months.
