I think it is...Personal is when the horse hurts you Say brakes your leg or something and public is when the horse hurts somebody else or their property.
Its just for me and my horse is roughly 30.
I am moving yards and the new pwople want to have a copy of my insurance so I need to quickly get some !!!!
Then BHS Gold will provide 3rd party liability (you will only need to show your YO your membership card- cover provided by SEIB), and the bonus is if you insure any other horses you can remove the 3rd party liability from their cover and save some money in the process - my BHS membership works out virtually free by doing this
u would only need public liability if you were a business or establishment - as a horse owner you will only need personal liability. unless you plan on giving people lessons on your own horse or something.
