Really depends on how mush spare money you have, what facilities you want and what the area of the country.
For where I live I would expect to pay the following on the assumption good turnout and floodlit school
DIY: £24-40
Part: £90-110
Full: Basic exercise £130-150, schooling/competition £140-200

DIY Grass - no more than £15
DIY with stables- no more than £25
Part - Around £45
Full - Around £90
Anything above £20 and I'd expect use of a menage. I've never had my horses on Part/Full before so wouldnt really know what to expect.
