Kicking the door at food times

clever begger thought doesnt kick it with her knee she flicks her foot and bangs with her toe/shoe. Not a problem if you feed her first!

Beau -trying to kill strangers!

Lance - nudging people over stable door!

LOL seriously though, beau's only 'thing' is that he is Very jealous of me and wont let any other horse near me in the field, he will chase them off

Lance used to nap for england, but he is a good boy now, however he can still try and catch you out.

I don't really know which one to pick to be honest!! His three worst ones are crib biting, biting and kicking. He only crib bites after eating, he bites in the stable and when being groomed and kicks when you are in lala land to catch you unaware.
We ignore the crib biting, but tell him off for the biting and kicking- but after 10 years he hasn't really got the message and still does it but i don't really mind, i know how to deal with him and if he gets me it teaches me to be more aware next time also he is as safe as houses to ride which i think is more important.

Chloe used to door kick and barge until we put a metal pole across her stable which means she can't get close enough to the door to bang, and we can escape under the bar when she decides to squash humans.

Megan had a tendency to nap, but it has been mostly beaten out of her

Um Blue's would probably be door kicking and pawing/scraping the ground at feed times.

He does like to nudge people aswell - one of his favourite tricks

My mare bites the wall when being groomed, having her rug put on or when doing the girth up. It annoys the hell out of me. Other than that she has perfect manners, apart from running through doors sometimes but thats through fear.

Door kicking and scraping the floor when I give another horse attention or at dinner times.

Head shaking without a nose net if that be considered a "vice"?

One cob has sweet itch so can't be tied up because he will scratch himself stupid.
Apart from that, I must be lucky because none of mine have any vices...

throwing his teddies out of the pram when he thinks he's going to be left in!!!! -30 second later fine unless he see's a human getting scared, then he up-anti - but i just ingore and then teddies go back into pram fine. It makes me laughs cos he's daft

Nudging and eating! He really has a serious obsession with eating and seems to think his life depends on it and that the government is going to start taxing him for eating grass!!!!!

licking the stable door for one of them and the other one threatening to bite and kick we she is being groomed...she look so ugly doing it as well!!!haha

Kicking the door at feed times and begging like a dog for food. If you push his knee down to stop him he just does it with the other leg. It also does it when I am riding him if someone has a packet of polos....

When I first had flint his was rearing. It was so defensive. Ask him to walk on he would go up, ask him to trot he would plant and rear up, rear up and spin if you wanted to go on a hack, but as soon as he realised it didnt phase me, or I wouldnt give in like his previous owner it just stopped. He couldnt use it against me as he gained nothing and had to work harder for it

Boo likes to throw the broom on the floor whilst i'm trying to muck out! Little monkey, every time I stand it up, no matter where it is in the stable, he'll pick it up and throw it on the floor again. Now I just don't take it in with me, so he licks the wheelbarrow instead

Getting really fidgety when he sees his haynet or feed being put in his stable, and it's not really a vice but pooing for England and thinking that the school is the gents toilet!!

ellie weaves at dinner time, pretends to windsuck (she actually just mouths the metal/wood/anything she can get her teeth on, but a sudden intake of breath as she does so would lead an outsider to believe she is windsucking!) she also likes licking your hand when she's had a treat, but will try to slip in a little nip if she thinks youre not looking!!! had to discourage her from this the other day wen my 94yr old great-nan wanted to give her a polo......

Well. my horse has sweetitch, so like honeypots, I cannot tie her up and leave her, or put her in her stable as she will rub herself red raw.
Bless her.
Apart from that which is not really a vice, she is perfect...
