Whats This

Can anyone tell me what this is, i found it in my tack boxes and i have no idea what it is. Its elasticated and the clips are plastic.

Thanks, have no idea where the heck its come from! Decided that my new year resolution is to sort my horse stuff out (to begin with lol) and this was at the bottom of one of my boxes.

Seems to be something missing, the strap that goes over the poll, grr you would think whoever left it in my box would have left the whole thing lol

i have the same thing with mine there is ment to be something that make it smaller at the poll, mine is missing too

You do have the thing that makes it smaller. It's the black thing half way down. The loop at the top should not be as big.
