Whats wrong with the Horsemart Website?!

I've been trying to submit an advert since yesterday, and keeps coming up with ERROR.. and goes round in circles and wont tell me what the error is! tried the live help thing and dont seem to get anyone, office is now closed so i cant phone them now...

plus can anyone tell me exactly how much it is to advertise a horse?, i cant seem to find a page that tells me the fees, its just says from £12?
