What's your oldest pony/horse?

Just wondering as I've ot a 38yro rescue pony called Winston , we've had him for over 15 years and I've grown up with him. He's lived an amazing life, being part of pony club going to Wembley! Sadly he was also a mare teese so this explains why he's such a miserable sod!
Winston is a Blue Cross rescue, sadly we think this is his last winter, it will be a very hard descision to make :(

He still enjoys the kids making a fuss of him!

WE go on lead rein short hacks as he loves walks, He's quicker than my 4yro tb!

I love my Whinny <3

AH Winston is lovely. I do hope mine all go on that long. My oldest is 22 (had him for 19 years) if he lives another 16 years I will be retired :). If my 2 yr old lives to 38 then I will very likely be dead :(
 
Aww Thankyou he is. Well I'm only 19 so I've literally gown up with him and done pony club :)
I'm sure yours will make it this old :D
I've got a 4yro tb and I keep stopping myself from swapping him for an older one as I want to grow up with him too :) x
 
Mines somewhere around 34! Katie was an ex-RDA and was my first pony. Now she's just a big dog!

Bosses my gelding around as well, as any good mare should...

Aww I love this!
Winston bosses all the boy around to put it correctly they're all his 'bitches' they all follow him around and he tells them all to sod off!

Haha, yup, Katies the same! She's got some brilliant facial expressions that she uses if someones doing something they shouldnt! Teeth out, ears back!
 
Loving the pics of the oldies. Mine is rising 24. Had her since she was 2 & I was 10. One of my friends had a pony who was 42 when he went. And he wasn't on his last legs & left too late either. He was full of it right up to the day he died, of a heart attack.

Aww I love that he lived till 42! I really hope Winston keeps going, He's started swaying when he walks this year and just looks more tired bless him and he's got cushens so winter coat has been on all year!
Field wouldn't be the same without him!
