whats your stocking up feed /horse stuff for winter

Just trying to make stuff easier this winter im on assisted diy this year at new yard thinking of buying my feed in for at least up to january and wondrering what else the hays ad lib on the farm so no worries really regarding that im not rugging up this year hes in nights so no worries regarding rugs ,Whats your plans /horse jobs for winter ?
You might give me some ideas i havent thought about cheers !

I'm not very organized usually but this year I've already got enough whole barley & linseed to last the winter.
I also bought 3 large rug bags (from Robinsons) & have put my rugs in the bags & labeled them so I can find what I want easily, they are split into heavy weight, medium & light weight & indoor rugs.
There have been times when I've had a cold horse & then can't find the rug that I want, when I do eventually find it it either needed mending or I've taken the legs straps off but can't remember which rug the straps are now on.
My heavy weight rambo needs mending but hopefully I won't need it for a while so I've got time to sort it out.
Apart from that I think I'm almost set (for once!)
