At the moment its more rushed and a lot earlier, but usually its:

Night before: Clean tack, load lorry with haynet (in the living for after), jacket, hat, boots (cleaned from last time), whip, map, food, long life milk, drum of water, bucket, bottle of water for me,baseball cap (essential!) and probably loads of things iv forgotten.

Morning: get up and feed at 7am, go and have breakfast - not much usually porridge or banana. 7.30 go and give haynet and groom. Take haynet away and plait up. Give haynet back, muck out and set fair for later. 9.00 start to tack up, put on travel boots, bandage tail and put it in a tail bag, and a tail guard over top.Put fleece over saddle or just saddle cover if its warm. Put hoof oil on and load. Also load grooming kit. 9.25 go to the loo! 9.30 leave for meet, as its usually miles away from me. 10.30 arrive and unload. Lock lorry and set off to meet, usually late.

Afterwards: Untack and sponge off if its warm enough, if not just chuck fleece on. Offer water, she prefers the dirty water i have washed her with! Check legs, put travel boots on. Load and instruct sister to make tea while I drive home munching on packed lunch.
Get home, turn out for half our while I unload lorry.Bring in Wash legs if muddy, and put stable bandages on. Groom, rug up and tuck in bed with lots of hay and deep bed.

Hack and massage on sunday, or just ride in field working long and low for half hour to stretch out.

Anyone who has a more organised routine I would be grateful as I always seem to be rushing!!

Am so glad I don't have a horse!

Morning routine - grab fleece, wellies and snacks. Arrive at meet - have breakfast while mounted field faff about. Mount bicycle or move off on foot.

After Hunting - chuck bike back in barn at kennels, leave it unfed and unwatered till next time needed!

I couldnt do it if i had to take OH all the time. Took him and his son cubbing with me on sat, they got up ok but i had to feed water and dress them, wont be doing that again.

Icemaiden - will have to change my routine soon to "put new hunt coat in lorry" !

Well I dont own the pony I hunt so his owner usaually very kindly gats him ready to go for me :O !!! However:

Night before; clean boots and gaiters. Get jods, hat, stock, stock pin etc ready and sitting on the stool on my room ready for the morning. Put 3 hairnets in various places about the house so Im more likely to remember one in the morning. Sometimes clean tack but we dont always have it so his lovely owner does it for me :)

Morning; Get dressed, have big breakfast, pack lunch into saddle bags and make sure everythings in the lorry. On the way to pick Beastie up I go over the hunting whip with some saddle soap. Have a panic about forgotton things!!!!

When we get there; Stock up on choccy. Get pony out of lorry and take off boots etc. Get on and trot to meet. Chat and have a laugh!! Have a brilliant morning :) Eat my Duck wrap just as every ones galloping off an end up swallowing it whole!! Have a brilliant afternoon :) End up thoroughly nackered with pony still VERY keen and FAR fitter than me ;) Hack back to box with the hounds if I am lucky :D

Back at the box; Fumble around in the dark trying to calm Beastie down and put him on the box with a far too big thermatex which he is borrowing off my "proper" horse! Get in box, set off home, get cramp in my legs, roll around on the floor telling mum Ive got cramp in my legs!!

Back at ponys house we sort him out then go home!! me babbling on about what a good day its been and what a fab little horse he is :)

Home: Clean tack and start conditioning it. Put jods in to soak as due to vertically challanged pony we get ever so muddy ;) Have a hot bath. Tell family for th third time about the day... Have supper then bed!!

Hehe that got quite long!! My day is really no where near as stressful or as hard work as a lot of yours I expect, so I take my hat off to you.
