all I can remember is that it is something like the outer shell of the wheat? I'm trying to steer away from cereals as they give my gelding the splats, but like the look of the new veteran vitality feed from allen and page. The main ingredient is sugar beet, but the second one is wheatfeed. although the fibre statistics for this feed and speedibeet are identical at 16 %, I just thought I would ask those in the know. :D

It is classed as none whole grain cereal and is used in most of the high fibre feeds, we have also just started buying oatfeed pellets, which again are used in most of the branded 'super' high fibre feeds. Because we have so many we have started buying the ingredients and making our own feeds up because we just cannot afford to have them all on expensive branded feeds but they get the same benefits.
