wheee..... dressage results

I cant stand dressage, mainly because the pony doesnt like it and therefore doesnt really interest me or her..

I do it though, once a month at the yard; just for something new and because flatwork helps with our jumping.

I had only done 2 novices before today; scoring 47% and 48%

I did prelim 13 and got 57.5% and in the novice 25 i got 54.5% and came 6th!!

very happy with my pony, although she did miss-behave in warm up!!!

Well done you, thats great that you're making progress.

And I can sympathise with having problems in the warm up, there ought to be an extra warm up for people with loony horses so we can hide our shame from the normal folk...

oh no she doesnt have any excuse at all for throwing her toys out of the pram...
the warm up was in an arena at home, that she has been in thousands of times. but today she decided to have a complete break down at the jump shed.... nothing different, just threw a hissy fit; not just a spook sideways which i wouldnt of minded, but a complete slam on the brakes, rear up and spin round and just be a bit of a t!t in general... so she got a couple of good kicks and a few slaps on the bum, as she had no excuse to behave like that!!
