When (and where) are the drifts in the New Forest/Dartmoor/Exmoor

As per title. Planning hikes and would rather not get in the way of a stampede of ponies.

Drifts in the new Forest are happening now through to the end of October. Drift locations are released about a week in advance so people can avoid and are advertised on NFED in the event calendar

I would avoid Dartmoor, far more to worry about than stampedes of ponies.

Oh dear, definitely staying away then - poor ponies. Does make me very concerned as to why the Chagford sales is going ahead without even a mention of possible delaying.
