This is taken WAAAYYYY out of context!! The horse was being ridden across a railway bridge (disused I think) in the US and it went through it, but was trapped and hanging by it's back legs for a couple of hours, if I remember rightly! This was the only way they could free the horse, they had the ropes on it to try to prevent it falling and breaking it's neck. If you were to see the full length clip, then you;d see the horse get up and walk out of the water!!! It was bloody lucky, as was it's idiot owner!
