When can a bitch get pregnant

My bitch is in season, about 5 days into bleeding she was sexually assualted by the 3 intact boys at the yard. YO was away with dogs, so I thought it was safe for my bitch, walked round the corner and bingo the boys were all very interested and trying to have a go so to speak. I didn't hear any yelping and she was out of my sight max 4/5 mins.

Am concerned as she is 11 and has never had a litter before.
 
When did it happen? I'd have taken her to the vets, they can give a pill or jab to stop anything from happening.

If she was still running blood I'd think its highly unlikely she'd catch, especially at her age.
 
I would take her straight to the vet and get a misalliance jab - just to be on the safe side especially in view of her age!
I have had bitches conceive on the 4th to 28th day of their seasons, so it is very possible that one of those lads caught her !!
Also dogs do not HAVE to tie , plenty of bitches conceive as a result of a slip mating ,which is only minuets or seconds even, especially with an over enthusiastic inexperienced dog!!!
The rule of thumb is that a bitch in season is not safe at ANY stage and should be kept away from males throughout!!!!
Hope your girl is ok and the jab works!
